Case Study of m-FILTER MailAdviser Installation at BELLSYSTEM24
— — Praised for its "self-check" feature that helps prevent email misdelivery without compromising productivity, m-FILTER MailAdviser has been installed on more than 20,000 devices primarily across 38 contact centers throughout Japan — —

Information security solutions provider Digital Arts Inc. (headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Toshio Dogu; hereinafter referred to as "Digital Arts"; Code 2326) is pleased to announce the release of a case study on the installation of its pop-up email misdelivery prevention product m-FILTER MailAdviser at BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Shunsuke Noda) on July 6.

Installed on more than 20,000 devices primarily across 38 contact centers throughout Japan

Having launched Japan's first full-scale call center service in 1982, BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. is a leader in the contact center industry. The company has more than 30,000 employees at 38 contact centers throughout Japan that respond to inquiries from customers and consumers not only by telephone but also through email, websites, chats, and social media. The company serves as a contact point for a wide variety of industries and provides a range of services, including outsourcing related to advanced customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
As the company handles business process outsourcing (BPO) focusing on contact centers, it handles a wide variety of information that requires a range of tight security measures, including multi-layered security and security operations centers (SOC). As m-FILTER Mail Adviser offers protection against information leaks through misdelivered emails as well as security measures that tackle cyber attacks from a different angle than what the company has already implemented, BELLSYSTEM24 decided to install it, with its pop-up email misdelivery prevention feature, on over 20,000 of it and its subsidiary's computers.

Praised for its "self-check" feature that helps prevent email misdelivery without compromising productivity

m-FILTER MailAdviser is a pop-up type email misdelivery prevention product. A pop-up window appears when sending an email, prompting the sender to check that the recipient, email body and attachments are all correct. The product does not allow emails to be sent without pressing the red button.

A feature that has been particularly appreciated is the ability to open all attachments and force double-checks before sending. Since important information is often sent as attachments, customers have praised the feature, which is not available in other products, for its usefulness.

m-FILTER MailAdviser received much praise for the fact that it can be used simply by installing it and requires no changes or configurations to existing networks and systems, which meant that three months after first trying it out, not only the IT team but all members of staff could easily find their way around the intuitive UI.

While some email misdelivery prevention products require approval from superiors or self-approval, m-FILTER MailAdviser has been loved for the fact that it offers "self-checks" and does not get in the way of productivity.
