TTOKYO, Japan (November 9, 2018) – Digital Arts Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, CEO: Toshio Dogu, hereinafter referred to as "Digital Arts", Code 2326,) has been awarded the Grand Award in the 12th ASPIC IoT · AI · Cloud Awards 2018. The award was for Digital Art's "FinalCode", which features a "Remote File Delete Function" that is a solution that allows an e-mail's sender to remotely delete an attached file after sending, allowing senders to continue managing files once sent.

The ASPIC IoT · AI · Cloud Award is awarded by an NPO called ASPIC (ASP, SaaS, IoT Cloud Consortium), and it recognizes excellent domestic and socially beneficial cloud services and others. It was founded in 2006 with the aim of actively supporting the service industry and user businesses and organizations through development and expansion.

"FinalCode" won the highest Grand Prix prize in the "ASP / SaaS Category" in the business support division, as it was evaluated to be the best among the services selected.

With "FinalCode," the sender of the file can restrict which users may access sent files and set time frames for viewing the files, allowing the file to remain secure and un-visible to unauthorized access, even in the case that the file is leaked. In addition, the sender may remotely change permissions or even delete all copies of the file sent at any time, even after the files have left their hands. Users can not only securely protect their important information assets, but they are also spared the time and effort required for file management, which greatly contributes to efficient business. "FinalCode" is an innovative solution that goes beyond mere encryption, and this is what led to it receiving an award.

Digital Arts will continue to strengthen FinalCode's functionality, which allows for the traceability of files as a measure against cyber-attacks and information leaks from inside the company. This will improve operational efficiency in many companies and most importantly guarantee confidentiality.
