On February 3, Digital Arts Consulting, a CISO service provider for enterprises that require advanced cyber security, launched a new service "D-Alert Quick-IR Option" that sweeps the computers of customers using Digital Arts products when D-Alert, a cyber risk information provision service offered by Digital Arts, a member of the same group, is triggered.

Digital Arts's cyber risk information service "D Alert" D Alert uses the features of Digital Arts's web security product i-FILTER and mail security service m-FILTER to inform customers suspected of being infected with malware and non-Digital Arts customers about malware infections and falsified information on websites. Since many customers who use Digital Arts products are concerned about what action to take after receiving a D-Alert, Digital Arts Consulting has developed D-Alert Quick-IR Option, a monthly service that carries out the necessary actions, such as sweeping the computer, after receiving a D-Alert.

Digital Arts Consulting launches an incident response service after receiving a cyber risk D-Alert.

Digital Arts Consulting offers basic services required in the event of a D-Alert for a monthly fee. The three basic services include i-FILTER and m-FILTER log sweeping, computer sweeping, and advisory. This enables customers using i-FILTER and m-FILTER to use a Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) system, which are difficult for small and medium-sized companies to operate on their own, as part of the service. Furthermore, unnecessary costs can be reduced by requesting additional responses as needed on a case-by-case basis.

Specifically, we will first conduct a sweep of i-FILTER and m-FILTER logs to check for possible malware infection and information leaks. Next, a sweep of the computer(s) is conducted to confirm whether or not there is a possibility of infection and leaks by using logs and other information on the computer that triggered the D-Alert. The sweep will be conducted on up to three computers, taking no more than a day. Finally, we will provide advisory services in addition to the sweeps conducted on I-FILTER and m-FILTER logs and computers. This advisory is for regular networks. After receiving an investigation request, we will report the results of our response during business hours in one business day at the earliest.

Other advisory services tailored to your specific network can also be provided for a fee. For customers who require more detailed sweeps and analysis, we offer "Add-on Services." This service is able to identify the presence of malware and leaks with a high degree of accuracy by forensically examining computers, analyzing malware, and investigating existing devices such as Unified Threat Management (UTM) on the customer's network. Pricing:

Prices are monthly fees per account. On-premise and cloud versions are the same price.
